Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We retain transaction records for accounting purposes.
2.4 Voice Biometric Data (TrueVoice™)
If you opt into TrueVoice™ verification, we collect voice biometric data. This is considered sensitive personal information and is subject to additional protections.
What We Collect:
- Voice embeddings: Mathematical representations of your vocal characteristics (NOT raw audio recordings)
- Enrollment metadata: Timestamp, device information
- Verification logs: Success/failure records, TrueScore™ confidence ratings
What We Do NOT Collect:
- Raw audio recordings of your voice
- Data that could recreate or synthesize your voice
- Voice samples for any purpose other than verification

- Karma scores

We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while account is active
- Task data: Retained for 3 years after completion
- Messages: Retained for 1 year
- Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
- Voice embeddings: Until account deletion or 2 years of inactivity
- Voice verification logs: 1 year
- Failed verification attempts: 90 days
You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
5A. Voice Biometric Data Rights
In addition to the general rights below, you have specific rights regarding your voice biometric data:
- Consent: Voice data is only collected with your explicit opt-in consent
- Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent and delete voice data at any time
- Immediate Deletion: Voice data deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- No Penalty: Withdrawing consent will not affect your account status
State-Specific Rights
Illinois Residents (BIPA): We comply with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. We provide written notice, obtain informed consent, do not sell biometric data, and maintain a retention schedule.
Texas Residents (TDPSA): Your voice biometric data is treated as sensitive data requiring explicit consent.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what biometric data we collect, request deletion, and we do not sell biometric data.
